I'm finally settling down after a whirlwind of travel and
adventure for the past 2 months. I just got back from a very successful business
trip for my job and I decided to take this weekend and strategize the next 8 months
of my life.
The reason for the strategy is I have made some big promised
to myself that I want to keep. Here they are in no order of importance:
- Find the love of my life!
- Create Elle's Ultimate Bod
- Be financially free by June 11th, 2007
- Buy a house by September 1st, 2007
- Have a $30M opening weekend with my first feature film
Pretty tall order huh! Well I figure, go big or go home! ;-)
So I just spent the last 2 days creating strategies for these commitments.
It's actually been fun and exciting. I'm feeling pretty confident about making things
happen.
That's it for now. Happy Easter!

While I was away in Cancun I swam with
dolphins.

I'm listening to an interview that Tony Robbins had with Wayne Dyer a
couple of years ago. It's part of a collection of CDs that I have of Tony Robbins'
from his Power Talk series. It's such an amazing interview where Wayne talks about
the many things that is spoken about in The Secret.
While listening to it and preparing my pictures I realized that
I manifested my swim with the dolphins. My purpose was to do it and I wasn't going
to come back without having done it and I knew that I was going to do it no matter
what. And so I did.
Thinking this I realized that I've manifested all great things
in my life. Wow! And so now I will manifest my dreams this year. I will find the
love of my life, I will produce a feature film that will be in the theatres worldwide,
I will move into my first house and I will have millions of dollars.
I am committed to all of these things no matter what. I am committed to them!
Two more things. I just came across these two great quotes that I wanted
to share with you:
"Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that
has crushed it." ~ Mark Twain -> Wow! Talk about beautiful!!!
“If one advances confidently in the direction of one's dreams, and
endeavors to live the life which one has imagined, one will meet with a success
unexpected in common hours.” ~ Henry David Thoreau

I just got back from Cancun where 31 of us attended
my sister's wedding and stayed 1 week. It was a great time and it was
different for me because I made sure that I gave up my act.
My act is the term used by Landmark Education to
signify the way you act when you're feeling threatened. The name of my
act is "Leave me alone" and that is what I tend to do to protect myself.
I pull out of whatever it is that is happening around me and I keep to myself.
So by giving up my act I allow myself to fully be present and
participate in life. It's a great distinction that I've learned from Landmark.
Just before I left for Cancun, I got a fabulous idea for a feature film
that I'm going to make this year. I also started to pitch it to a couple of people,
which is opposite of the old me. The old me would not mention anything to anyone
until the idea was fully developed, but I've realized that to make things happen
quickly, you really need to have people working with you. And the only way to get
people working with you is to tell them about it.
I'm so excited about how things are moving along this year. The great
thing is that I've realized that I can be anyone I choose to be because I'm no longer
unconsciously held back by my past. I am free to be whoever I need to be in order
to do what I need to do in order to have what I want to have. And what I've chosen
to have is what I've always wanted. Only now I know I can have it and I don't even
have to work hard for it because that is a choice as well.
One more week and I'm off to Guerilla Business School and then
things are really going to explode!!! Life is absolutely FABULOUS!!! ~ Elle

Well so far this year things are really coming together. Seems like
everything that I learned last year is really coming together.
Friday I had a great day. It all started with a great phone
call. It was with a contact I made through a person that I met
at my SELP (Self-Expression and Leadership Program) class at Landmark.
He's a Cinematographer and I was told that he was looking for a first project to direct.
We were suppose to have a phone call on Thursday but it got pushed back to Friday.
The great thing is that I didn't get upset about the push back which I would have in the
past.
At first I was thinking that I really needed to get ready for the phone call
but then I decided that I was ready. That I knew my stuff, meaning that I knew
my own script and what I want to do.
The second great thing is that I was really relaxed about making the phone call.
I mean I wasn't nervous or shut down about it. In fact I made sure that I was
excited about it. You see, in the past I had gotten nervous just like anybody else
would if you were making an important phone call to someone that may be the key to
unlocking a whole new part of your life. Also, what I have found out in the past few
weeks is that one of my habits is shutting down about how I feel about things that
are important to me. What I mean is that in an instance like this, where I am taking
a step closer to where I want to go, I would feel like I didn't care and in fact that
I didn't want to reach my dream anymore.
So in a case like this I would have avoided the phone call even
to the point of not doing it. And then eventually my desire to reach my dream would
come back and I would get frustrated by the fact that I hadn't moved forward. So, not
feeling those feelings anymore is HUGE! It means that I can move forward on a regular
basis all the time. And I've also figured out that feeling excited about doing
something, anticipating it in a positive way really enhances the experience and sets
it all up for a higher chance of success.
So I made the call and it was really magical. I was so relaxed and just talked
with him. I found out about him and what he liked and what he was looking to
do and what he was up to. I found out about how he knew my contact at SELP
and found out that he was born and raised in Montreal where I was too.
Then all of a sudden I started speaking about my script. The great thing is
that it wasn't forced, like it's been in the past. It wasn't like I knew I had
to talk about it because this was an opportunity or that I was trying
to sell it. And I didn't feel self-conscious about it either. It was amazing
because there were moments while I was speaking with him where I thought, WOW
Elle, you're doing it! and you're so relaxed and confident about it! That's huge for
me because first of all I was never sure about my sales ability and secondly I often
thought that I wasn't good enough so why would I bother telling someone about something
that I didn't think was good.
And the best part of it all is that HE asked to read my script. I didn't even
have to ask him if he would read my script. Isn't that frinkin' fantastic!!!
I am so proud of myself and so happy. I can't wait to see what
will come up next! 'Til then... Love Peace and Happiness. ~ Elle

HAPPY HOLIDAYS! - MERRY CHRISTMAS! - HAPPY NEW YEAR!
As this calendar year is drawing to a close I've started reflecting
back over the year. Wow! What a year! I've truly been blessed with many new
amazing friends, deepened friendships, new strength and outlook and so much more.
I really feel lucky. I also feel like I've laid a really solid foundation and support
group to catapult me forward. I look forward to 2007 with excitement and anticipation.
Yesterday I read an email about how life is fabulous and that the
combination of saying this (100 times a day) and the law of attraction, that anyone can create a fabulous
life for themselves. By saying I have a fabulous life and seeking evidence from your
life you realize more and more that it is true.
I would like to wish all of you a wonderful ending to this calendar
year and a big bang start to 207

Bet you thought you would never see me write again! ;-)
Wow! I mean WOW!!!! Since my last post I've gone to Landmark Advance
and I'm now in the process of doing my SELP (which stands for Self Expression and Leadership
Program). AND I've gone to the Enlightened Warrior Training Camp.
With the completion of my SELP in February, I will have completed
the Curriculum for Living from Landmark. I highly recommend it for anyone. It just
puts a whole new spin on life and allows you to put all the crap from your past
exactly where it belongs. IN THE PAST!!!!
My Warrior Camp was ASTOUNDING!!! It was the most awesome experience
EVER of my life. I faced my fears. I went way beyond what I thought was my potential
and realized that I can go way beyond that!
This year has truly been a year of MASSIVE transformation. I can handle
things that I was never able to handle or that would stop me in the past. Now I know that
I can handle ANYTHING!! I say~ BRING IT ON!!
What has this manifested for me in my life? My script is finally getting
to the level that I dreamed it would be. I'm starting to make connections in LA with producers
and production companies. I have gotten 2 big promotions at work and 1 massive raise! I have
met and become friends with a huge amount of absolutely AMAZING people. My life is so busy
and I'm taking more on day by day!
The last time I wrote, I said that I had completed my first 90-day
Wealth Conditioning Program. Well I've just started my third. I can't believe how much
I've accomplished. My financial health has never been BETTER in my life!
I still experience fears but now I don't let them stop me. I take
them on and I BLAST through them. This is the most personal growth I have ever experienced
in my life.
The best thing of it all is that I used to dream and hope of achieving
the things I wanted to achieve in my life. Sometimes I would achieve them too. But now,
I KNOW I will achieve everything that I want out of life! I will be the #1 film maker in
the world because I will do whatever it takes and I will never give up!
Oh, hey! Have you ever heard of the film "The Secret". The secret
in question is how to get anything you want out of life. Check it out.

Helloooo! That's for my bud Coin-Coin!
Great week again. Hmm... I can get used to this! ;-)
Worked on my script and it's just about ready to go. I even came
up with a pitch for it. Wanna hear it? How about I write it out for you. Here it
goes: It's a slasher with substance, like the Matrix was a kung fu movie with
substance. It's about a woman's discovery of the truth that lies beneath her
reality. Did I peak your interest? If so, please let me know.
I also finished my first 90-day Wealth Conditioning Program. It's
a workbook that was given to me at my first Millionaire Mind Intensive Weekend. I
realized after finishing it last night how much I've changed. My outlook is becoming
really strong in the sense that I don't let things get in my way so much. This is
great as I truly feel that the only thing getting in my way is me. Also, I'm
becoming more aware of how the way I think about certain things affect me in a negative
way. And once I'm aware of these things I can focus on creating a new way of thinking
that supports my happiness and success.
Gotta run and ice my neck as I strained it while doing my workout
today. Oh, and I forgot to post my declarations last time, so here they are.

August 6th, 2006
This week has been a great week. I worked on Sisi's Dream
every day. How did I do it? Well, one of the declarations I read every morning
is: "I act in spite of fear, doubt, worry, inconvenience, discomfort and not
feeling in the mood". Every time I set out to work on my script, or anything
else that for that matter, most of the time, the thing that stops me is not
feeling in the mood. Usually I don't feel in the mood because of fear. So of
course when it came time to do the work I was suppose
to do, or that I needed to do, the first thing that popped into my head was:
"I don't feel like doing this". For whatever reason. So
the thing that I did different this week is when I said this to myself (in my
head) I said: "Thank you for sharing". And then I acted in spite of not feeling
in the mood. I can't tell you how liberating and inspiring that is to do.
Especially when I've leaned that this is what successful people do that non-successful
people don't. :)
Yesterday I reviewed my declarations. I've posted them here
for you to read and perhaps adopt some yourself. Here's how declarations work
according to T. Harv Eker:
"What's a declaration? It's simply a positive statement
that you make emphatically, out loud."
"Why are declarations such a valuable tool? Because everything
is made of one thing: energy. All energy travels in frequencies and vibrations. Therefore,
each declaration you make carries its own vibrational frequency. When you state a declaration
aloud, its energy vibrates throughout the cells of your body, and by touching your body at the
same time, you can feel its unique resonance. Declarations not only send a specific message
to the universe, they also send a powerful message to you subconscious mind."
"The difference between a declaration and an affirmation is slight, but
in my mind, powerful. The definition of an affirmation is 'a positive statement asserting that
a goal you wish to achieve is already happening.' The definition of a declaration is 'to state
and official intention to undertake a particular course of action or adopt a
particular status."
"An affirmation states that a goal is already happening. I'm not crazy about
this because, often when we affirm something that is not yet real, the little voice
in our head usually responds with 'This isn't true, this is BS.'"
"On the other hand, a declaration is not saying something is true, it's
stating that we have an intention of doing or being something. This is a position
the little voice can buy, because we're not stating it's true right now, but again, it's
an intention for us in the future."
"A declaration, by definition, is also official. It is a formal
statement of energy into the universe and throughout your body."
"Another word from the definition is important - action.
You must take all the actions necessary to make your intention a reality."
"I recommend that you state your declarations aloud each morning and each
evening. Doing your declarations while looking into a mirror will accelerate the
process even more."
"Now I have to admit that when I first heard of all this, I said,
'No way. This declaration stuff is far too hockey for me.' But because I was broke at the
time, I decided, 'What the heck, it can't hurt,' and started doing them. Now I'm rich, so
it shouldn't come as a big surprise that I believe that declarations really work."
"Either way, I'd rather be really hokey and really rich than
really cool and really broke. How about you?"
"Why are declarations such a valuable tool? Because everything
is made of on thing: energy. All energy travels in frequencies and vibrations. Therefore,
each declaration you make carries its own vibrational frequency. When you state a declaration
aloud, its energy vibrates throughout the cells of your body, and by touching your body at th
same time, you can feel its unique resonance. Declarations not only send a specific message
to the universe, they also send a powerful message to you subconscious mind.
So as you can see, Harv made a really good argument for me. And so
every morning I do my declarations. It's funny how we are always leaning something new.
While writing the quote from Harv's book, I realized that he said that we should
do the declarations every morning and every evening. I've only been doing them in the
morning, but as of today, I am declaring that I will be doing them every night as well. :-)
That's it for now. Hope you're having a FANTASTIC long weekend! Love Peace Love. ~ Elle

I've been working on polishing up my script Sisi's Dream.
I belong to a script writing group. We can submit our scripts to be read
and then get a critique. It's been the greatest blessing! I've submitted
Sisi's Dream twice, the second time was after a re-write and I got some
great reviews on the second time around. According to my group I just
have to polish off the end.
This second re-write (with the group that is - trust me
this script has been through many changes!) is quite a different experience
from the first. I'm really getting to the meat and potatoes of it and I
love it. I've also picked up some CDs from a book called Story from
Robert McKee, who is the aficionado on script writing. This has really
opened things up for me as well.
My greatest blessing so far is my coach. From my
Millionaire Mind seminar, I signed up for a life coach. Her name is
Morgana and she was picked to match my profile. She's so fantastic!
First of all, she has a background in film making. She was a professional
actress for a while until she found coaching to be her calling. So
she has a lot of connections which is so fantastic.
But the greatest thing of all is she's there to
really help me move forward. Anything that I believe is getting in my
way, we talk about and she helps me break through what's stopping me.
It's the greatest thing in the world and I truly believe with her
by my side that I will absolutely reach my dreams. She's like a little
angel on my shoulder.

Good Morning!
I went to my Millionaire Mind Intensive seminar at the end
of April. No doubt, it was the best experience of my life. It was high
energy fun filled weekend. It's an experiential seminar that affected me
at the cellular level and although it sounds like a seminar that would be all
about how you can make millions of dollars, it's not like that at all.
I believe the purpose of the seminar was to change the
way I think and approach my life in order to get the most out of life. I
would recommend it to anyone and everyone. If you want to know more about
it then you've got to pick up the book that I did. It's called "Secrets of
the Millionaire Mind" by T. Harv Eker.
The book alone has change my life. In 6 months I was
able to double my net worth just by setting up my finances properly.
The proof will be in the pudding. A couple of people
with whom I've spoken to about this book and this seminar have asked me
if it has made a difference yet. The seminar was two weeks ago and I'm
beginning to see some changes in myself. First of all, the biggest change
is that I no longer feel stressed when people "try" to sell a product, service or
benefit to me. I now feel completely calm and self assured. I listen to
what they are offering, consider my needs and accept it or not. It's truly
liberating. I've also noticed that my mind is set up and thinks in
successful ways. What do I mean? I mean, I'm focussed on success. Failure
is not a consideration and is not an option. Not only that, but it's
natural for me to think this way. I don't have to think about thinking the
right thing.
I feel more at peace with myself and happier. I'm
exited about life. The great thing about this book and the seminar is that
it touches on all aspects of my life. It is a holistic approach to my life.
It deals with the Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual and Physical aspects of
life and money but I've taken it and applied it to all aspects of my life
such as my relationships.
I'm really looking forward to sharing my experiences in the near future
with all of you as I truly believe it will have an explosive effect on my
life.
I've also been attending a weekly seminar having to do with
my Landmark Forum which I took 2 months ago. I have to say that my Landmark
Forum enhanced my experience with my MMI but I also believe that even if I
hadn't taken the Landmark Forum, I would have been affect in a massive way by
the MMI. Another great thing that I loved about my MMI is that he integrates
many different approaches to changes. In fact he borrows from many of the top
human development people in the business, namely one of my favorites, Tony
Robbins.
Well, I don't want this to turn into a novel... Yet! I
just wanted to share with you one of the greatest things that has happened
to me, lately. That's it for now. Until next time...Love Peace Love. ~ Elle
