Seven 20-somethings set out to save an old
semi-abandoned theatre from the wrecking ball by staging a new play,
"A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing", written and directed by Susan
(Sisi) Schaffer. They move in 3-days prior to opening night
in order to prep the theatre and the stage. Complications
arise when the dynamics of the group, Sisi's fetish for fear
and the ambiance of the theatre turn Sisi's life into a nightmare!
This is the teaser to the film that will
be shot in the near future. It's actually the first 4 pages of
the script.

Production Notes
Pre-Production and The Shoot
Sisi's Dream - The Teaser was shot on Saturday June 19th, 2004 at Taylor Creek Park in Toronto.
This time I thought I was really ready for the shoot. Thought
being the operative word. There were a few last minute changes in casting
but luckily everything went fairly well for the pre-production.
The call was for 7am at my place and I warned my
neighbors as there was going to be 9 people in my tiny apartment.
We started with make-up and wardrobe and everyone
got to know each other, which was a lot of fun. This was going to be
a huge experience for me as I was going to be shooting some indoor
scenes with lights. Not only that, but I was going to be shooting some
nude scenes with some of the actors and I wanted to make sure that
I made them feel as comfortable as possible.
Before we all left for the first location, I recorded some
vocals that I wanted to include in the film. The other great thing
about this shoot is that I didn't have to record any sound.
The shoot went very well. It was really exciting
and thrilling to have so many people around. The only thing that
wasn't good was the timing. I must admit that I don't have a good
sense of how long it will take me to shoot scenes. I had a huge list
too.
We got back to my place and started shooting the
"skin" scenes. I rushed through them because like I said earlier, I
didn't want the actors to feel uncomfortable for too long.
At the end of the shoot, it was just Karyn and
me. We had such a great day that we didn't want it to end, so we
hung out until about 2 am. What a great day.
The next day, I was still so high from the shoot
that I decided I wanted to commemorate it in some way and so I got
myself a tattoo. It's on the inside of my right wrist and it's my
zodiac sign, Aquarius.
Editing
I had a little bit of difficulty with the editing
because I was adding some special effects and it took a while to get
them to work just right. I also had some issues because I forgot that
one of the scenes was going to have sound and I hadn't recorded it so
I had to do some post recording. But all in all it went well.
